  Although, they we willing to charge for home visit (their business card says free estimates), when I asked for written documentation, I was told they would have to talk to Rene and call me back. Of course, there was no call back. 2 hours later, I called and they said Rene wasn't interested in my job, go somewhere else. Asked for written documentation of a plumbing problem, shouldn't be an issue. Then she said, "I was the 3rd person complaining today! If I didn't like it, I could go F--k myself''. Really, I'm not making this up. Stay away....far away.
